I. General Information!
These are some key points to remember before commissioning me, for both parties to have a clearer understanding of the process.

The artworks I OWN / DO are NOT ALLOWED for ANY NFTs and AI purposes. The commission RATES are NEGOTIABLE.
The artworks are accepted within the FORMS / TALKED IN DMs are considered PROPER & CONSENTED AGREED ON TERMS. Before using the artwork for other uses, plans for merchandise, reselling, re-producing must be within the negotiations, otherwise these are prohibited.
Reposting of the artwork is ALLOWED with PROPER CREDIT to the artist, mentioning / tagging my art account is highly appreciated.

II. PAYMENT!
keep in mind, commissions only in vgen!

ALL OF MY SERVICES NEED TO PAY UPFRONT FIRST! I can guarantee I will do the work but if if I don't the client will get a full refund!There will be NO REFUNDS! after you send the payment, unless I fail to give the commission within the guaranteed delivery.
Only then, can the client ask for a refund. ONLY 1 DISCOUNT AVAILABLE!, which is any of the discount offers I placed and IF and ONLY IF, you're applicable to it is the only time you'll be able to apply it!

The client has the right to:

Use the copyrighted commission for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Ask the commission to remain private if they do so desire, but do let me know otherwise I assume I am allowed to post it online.
Reserve the right to remain anonymous if they do not wish for their handle to be included.
Print the commission, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the creation itself.
Use the commission to promote themselves with proper credit given.
Repost the commission on other social media sites with proper credit.

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted.

ᯓ★ 10% of the base price for New Client Discount + Comeback client discount.	if the client, commissioned me for the first time the discount is applicable! and comes back for the second time!
ᯓ★ 15% of the base price for Loyalty Discount.	If the client, have 5 SUCCEEDING COMMISSIONS as long as it is WITHIN the 12 month period!
ᯓ★ 15% of base price for Special Birthday Discount commission.	if the client, is celebrating their birthday this is applicable, please don't lie!
